RETURN NOTICE All of our gemstone and/or jewelry items are placed in transparent containers or envelopes with tamper resistant seals and shipped in cushioned containers. All returns, exchanges and warranty claims require that the jewelry and gemstones be returned in the original shipping container with the seal intact. All returned gemstones and jewelry will be checked to ensure no substitutions have occured. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt to verify that the shipping container has not been tampered with during shipment. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 10-Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a warranty claim, you may return it to us within 10 days after receipt by you. We will refund the purchase price and applicable sales tax, less costs of shipping . Returns must be in the original sealed shipping packet. All refunds will be charged back to your credit card. WARRANTY POLICY We ensure that all Atoz Lapidary and Gem gemstones sold through this site , either on-line or otherwise, will be: (1) 100% natural material (commercial or industry known treatments may have been applied) and not man-made or synthetic, unless expressly noted otherwise; (2) correctly identified as to gem type; and, (3) correctly identified as to weight within +/- 5%. In the event a gemstone fails to meet one or more of these warranties, Atoz lapidary and Gems will, at its sole option, either: (1) replace the gemstone with another stone which does meet these warranties; or, (2) will refund the purchase price, including all shipping costs and sales tax. We do not guarantee that gemstones will be free from defects which occur naturally within the gem material. Many gemstones have natural inclusions, feathers, etc. There may be variations in color, clarity, or other appearance in comparison to the pictures on our site (which may occur due to variations in color and resolution settings). Many natural gemstones have industry known treatments applied to enhance their clarity or color. (for example, topaz is heat treated to give blue topaz, sapphires are heat treated to improve clarity and color, emeralds are often oiled, etc). We strive to ensure that the description noted for our items are consistent with the quality of the gemstones and jewelry we carry, and that any treatments are noted. Warranty claims must be presented within 30 days after receipt of the gemstone or jewelry. Please inspect your purchase promptly upon receipt. Merchandise must be in the original, sealed container, unless the defect could not have been discovered without opening the container. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties - whether express, implied, or statutory - except to the extent such warranties may not be waived by the law of your state or country of residence at the time of sale. Atoz Lapidary and Gems has affiliation agreements with some gemstone providers and if we are unable to provide a product you are seeking, we may refer you to their website.
